Regular Garden Maintenance
Set up a regular visit on a pay-as-you-go basis to keep your garden ready to enjoy in every season. Because I’m there regularly, you’ll never find your garden in a mess: problems get spotted early, every job happens at the right time, and you get a gardener who knows your garden inside out rather than a stranger with a strimmer.
My regular rounds fill up fast. Spring and summer slots always go first so winter and early spring are a smart time to claim a regular spot.
Lawn Care
Mowing, strimming, and edging through the growing season, plus the jobs that make the real difference: scarifying to clear thatch and moss, over-seeding the bare patches, and expert feeding matched to the season. Hastings lawns on heavy clay need different treatment to sandy soil.
Pruning
Skilled pruning of fruit trees, ornamental trees, and shrubs to up to 20ft. Shaping, reducing, and removing crossing, damaged or diseased growth, always using clean and sharp tools. Pruned at the wrong time, many trees sulk or bleed. At the right time, they’ll reward you for years.
Planting design
From bulbs to perennials, trees to native hedgerows. I design planting for our coastal, clay-rich East Sussex conditions: resilient through drought and downpour, beautiful in all four seasons, and alive with pollinators and birds. Hedge Care
Long reach trimming for hedges up to 30ft, I make sure your hedges are cut and shaped in the right way at the right time of year. I always check for active nests before cutting, and plan major work outside of the active nesting season.

£50 for the first hour, then £25 per hour.
